如果您的手机不是在智利当地购买的，需要将自己的手机在智利相关部门进行备案注册，如果不备案注册，手机卡会在一个月之后锁定，无法使用。官方的重要解释说明如下：

– Any phone purchased abroad for personal use must be registered so that it can operate with a Sim Card from a Chilean mobile company.
– If you have not already done so, you have 90 days from when you entered the country (Chileans and residents). In the case of foreigners, a period of 120 days has been granted exceptionally from their entry into the country to register them.
– If you don’t sign up, your device will be locked for 30 days from when you first used it. If that happens, you can still sign up later.
– One phone per person per year is free to sign up, don’t pay, check out the companies that don’t charge.
– Register online through one of the following Certifying Companies:

然后选择自己的手机品牌进行注册，国内有的手机厂商并没有在列表中，也就无法进行注册，目前只有三星和华为的手机在清单中。
